Refund policy

RETURNS POLICY

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, you can return the product to us and we will either exchange/replace it or credit your account, subject to the terms below.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. 

Please email online@muzeshop.co.za within 7 days of receiving your purchase. (*Please note that all refunds & returns will be processed on Tuesdays & Thursdays.)

Damages and issues
1. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item.

2. We will evaluate the issue and communicate accordingly.

3. Collection of the garment will be arranged and either replaced/refunded

Exchanges
For all exchanges:

  1. Email online@muzeshop.co.za stating your order number and request
  2. Return garment to: MUZE, SHOP 82, LIFESTYLE CENTRE, BALLITO 4420
  3. Exchanged garment will be sent at no additional cost (1 exchange at no charge allowed per order)

Refunds
1. You will be notified once we’ve received and inspected your return

2.  If items returned are in original condition a refund will be generated on your original payment method.

3. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns or process refunds on sale items or gift cards.
